Real estate seemed a natural progression for Michelle, after spending 28 years in the legal profession, 23 of those practising as a Registered Legal Executive and latterly as a fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives INC.   Michelle has an intrinsic understanding of all aspects relating to her client’s unique requirements.

Having acted professionally for clients for many years Michelle recognised she had the necessary attributes required of the sales people she was already dealing with on a daily basis.

Michelle’s desire to offer a more complete professional and personal aspect to property transactions is paramount to her client’s satisfaction and thus can guarantee confidentially while utilising her excellent negotiation skills.  Michelle knows first-hand what it entails to sell or purchase a property from the listing process to finalisation of settlement and is suitably qualified to make this process as seamless as possible for all parties involved.

During Michelle’s time in real estate, she achieved Executive Status in her first year of sales.  Michelle has also received Outstanding Achievement Awards in Customer Satisfaction and currently holds a 100% Net Promoter Score in Customer Satisfaction.
