Auction

Auction Results for the week ending 29 July 2018

A pleasing aspect of recent real estate activity has been the noticeable increase in Open Home attendances across most parts of our residential areas, and the more decisive action to buy property.

In the last week, we finalised two sales and sold one property “under the hammer” after very competitive bidding.

  • 14B Kallaroo Place in Botany Downs was offered at auction earlier than its scheduled 6 August auction date due to an offer that was presented to our Vendor and accepted, subject to the auction being brought forward to the earlier auction date. All buyers were given the opportunity to take part in the auction and it sold “under the hammer” at $920,000.
  • 37 Andrew Road Howick was also offered at auction earlier than its 20 August auction date, again due to an offer that was presented to our Vendor and accepted, subject to the auction being brought forward to the earlier auction date. All buyers were given the opportunity to take part in the auction and it sold “under the hammer” at $902,000.
  • 58A and 58B Felton Mathew Avenue in Saint Johns attracted strong buyer interest. This was not surprising as although there are two titles,  the two were offered as one with a total of 1138m² of land and a very rare opportunity to buy land size and future potential in an area that is experiencing redevelopment opportunities. This property sold “under the hammer” after some 29 bids at $1,372,000.
