2017 has been an interesting year and we have seen a softening of the market over the past few months. This has meant a bit of a shift to more traditional real estate transactions where negotiation skills are becoming more essential, something which Jo is relishing.

Early in May, Jo was proud to be involved in the National Appeal Day for Ronald McDonald House. Ray White offices across New Zealand were involved in raising over $200,000. On a stunning Auckland day, our Half Moon Bay office collected just over $1,200 down at the Marina. Ray White has been supporting Ronald McDonald House for ten years and every year it is something we look forward to being involved with.
